INGREDIENTS: Freeze-Dried Sweet & Sour Pork: Cooked Pork (pork, salt), Pineapple in Light Syrup (sugar and citric acid), Green Peppers, Vinegar, Onions, Red Peppers, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Modified Corn starch, and 2% or less of Chicken Base (chicken including natural chicken juices, salt, chicken fat, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed corn gluten, dried whey, spice extractives and onion powder, turmeric), Worcestershire Sauce (distilled vinegar, molasses, corn syrup, salt, caramel color, garlic powder, sugar, spices, anchovies, tamarind, natural flavor), Soy Sauce (wheat, soybeans, salt, alcohol, vinegar, lactic acid), Corn Oil, Sesame/Soybean Oil, Seasoning (autolyzed yeast extract, safflower oil, natural flavor), Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Spice, and Spice Extract. Rice: Precooked Enriched Rice (enriched with niacin, iron [ferric orthophosphate], thiamine mononitrate, folic acid). Contains: Milk, Anchovy, Wheat, Soy.

Based on storage studies over several years, in 2006 the shelf life was increased by an impressive 40%, from 5 years to 7 years! That’s right -- our shelf life is at least 7 years from the date of manufacture as long as the pouch is stored unopened in a cool area. After 7 years a change in flavor and appearance may be noticed. For best results, avoid prolonged storage at temperatures above 75° F (24° C).
