The All American Pressure Canner and Cooker, manufactured by the Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry, is carried by EarthWave Living. The use of pressure cookers is recommended by the USDA as the only way for fish, meat, and vegetables – all low acid foods – to be canned. These particular All American pressure canners and cookers are capable of preparing large amounts of food and also pressure cooking meats in a brief period.

The All American Pressure Canner and Cooker uses a metal-to-metal sealing system. The clamping aligns the base to the body to form a steam tight seal. Each All American canner and cooker uses no gasket and has a cover that opens and closes with ease. Additionally, each has a readable pressure gauge for the most accurate pressure control.

EarthWave Living carries several models of All American pressure canners and cookers. The smallest can hold 910 quarts and the largest 941 quarts. Both of these amounts cover the foods being cooked and the liquid inside the containers. Additionally, we offer a stainless steel steam and water bath canner.
