This Fish Company is a family owned and operated business founded in 1979.  They harvest wild salmon and halibut from southeast Alaska and Puget Sound. 

The salmon are gillnet-caught, handled respectfully, dressed onboard, immediately chilled to below freezing in refrigerated seawater holds, and then transported to Bellingham where their custom processor packs them to specifications.

This company directly markets every salmon that is harvested aboard their two boats. The family is personally involved in every step from harvest to processing to direct sales, ensuring the highest level of quality.

This fish company participates in a salmon harvest that has been internationally certified as sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council.

All of these products are Free of artificial additives and preservatives and contain no nitrates.  Their Canned Salmon and Salmon Jerky is shelf stable.  The Canned Salmon lasts for five years or more when stored in a cool, dark pantry.
