Our Individual #10 cans are approximately one gallon in size and are constructed of heavy-gauge steel with food grade enamel coating on the inside. A "state of the art" oxygen absorber is placed in each can to insure the very best shelf-life.

Cooking a meal from scratch with dehydrated or freeze dried foods can be done with many Alpine Aire beans and grains. The selection of various freeze dried foods by Alpine Aire in our store include several types of beans, such as black beans, split peas, lentils, red, and pinto beans, and grains include more than just rice and pasta. Some of our freeze dried foods by Alpine Aire include barley and couscous. Additionally, other grain products by Alpine Aire are geared for breakfast consumption, such as oats and granola. Have a few #10 cans of grains and beans in your cabinet to round out every meal.
