The Alpine Aire Gourmet Reserves® product line was developed to address the needs for emergency preparedness. Gourmet Reserves® is suited to meet the needs of individuals or organizations that desire to be self-sufficient during a situation where normal food supplies are not readily available.

We use our familiar, great tasting pouch recipes as well as everyday staples that are practical and easily incorporated into the daily diet. These AlpineAire Gourmet Reserves are able to supply both long and short-term food storage needs and are available in 100%, 75%, or 50% no cook options.

Our Individual #10 cans are approximately one gallon in size and are constructed of heavy-gauge steel with food grade enamel coating on the inside. A "state of the art" oxygen absorber is placed in each can to insure the very best shelf-life.

In fact, the Gourmet Package is designed for one person to live off 1808 calories per day. All food added is packaged in #10 and #2 ½ cans with oxygen reducing techniques, so that most items can last from five to 15 years if unopened. The no-cook system behind many Alpine Aire freeze dried foods is incorporated into this package, as most items included only need water to be fully prepared. Choose from already-prepared Alpine Aire entrees and individual vegetables, breakfast items, grains, and dairy items to get your daily nutrition.
