We use our familiar, great tasting pouch recipes as well as everyday staples that are practical and easily incorporated into the daily diet. These AlpineAire Gourmet Reserves are able to supply both long and short-term food storage needs and are available in 100%, 75%, or 50% no cook options.

Our Individual #10 cans are approximately one gallon in size and are constructed of heavy-gauge steel with food grade enamel coating on the inside. A "state of the art" oxygen absorber is placed in each can to insure the very best shelf-life.

One way to build up a food reserve is to create a food selection for yourself. Alpine Aire cases and cans are sold separately at EarthWave Living for you to find the items you want or need. All cases contain six #10 cans filled with freeze dried or dehydrated items with 98 percent of the original nutritional content and 100 percent of the original fiber intact. All cans have a 15 year shelf life if stored in a cool and dry place and unopened. Each case of cans is divided by meal or food type, with our selection including various breakfast items, fruits and vegetables, soup, meats, and meatless options. Single cans of Alpine Aire are also carried through our store for these same food groups.
